This was a difficult move for me after 33 years in our home. And there was so much to do in a short period of time. One of THE BEST experiences in the entire move process was working the Hansen team. They made all the arrangements with the streets in Tacoma. Planning was impeccable, But the best was the team - after 5 months I think I still remember the team we had: Roland, Uncle Carlos and Joe.

They were careful, thoughtful, asked us our preferences etc. We packed up in the am in Bellevue and had lunch for them in Tacoma and unpacked. They offered to carry even more boxes to their final location. I regret that I did not say yes. We moved into a 4-story townhouse and those guys were troopers and they were nice to us the entire time. I sing their praises. I am sorry it took me so long to write this but it is important to me that you know what a good job was done

From the first contact to delivery, Hansen Brothers has made my move as easy as possible. They seem to understand how stressful the process is and bend over backward to address every concern. The packing was first rate, the price was shockingly low, and every team member from the packers to the contracted delivery personnel were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company for anyone moving locally (they have also moved me locally) and interstate. I'm not sure I have any suggestions for how they could make it easier. They seem to have it down to a studied science.

Absolute great experience with Hansen Bros.

I was very nervous about the moving process and saw many videos online about bad experiences people have had with different moving companies, but Hansen Bros is the way to go if you dont want to worry about anything. Their communication and attention to detail made me feel at ease about moving across state lines. I cant express how happy we are with how the move went and hope others experience the same thing. Thank you to Ryan and his crew for turning my biggest stress into the easiest part of the moving process.

Hansen Bros is simply the best. I've used their moving and storage services for 40 years. For my current move, both my wife and I had medical issues come up during moving prep - we lost many days & were seriously behind on packing. Hansen Bros sent extra people & finished the packing in half a day. They really came through for us.

Let me share my unbelievable moving story. My interstate move had three distinct parts and I doubted Hansen brothers on each. In all three cases their service and dependability and customer service were so great that I feel compelled to write this review. Using their company was a GREAT decision.

First I sold my home in the Redmond Washington area. The plan was to put everything in storage until there came to be a suitable place in my new location in California. Designer glass tables were dismantled (would someone know how to put it together on the other side? What if it broke?). Artwork was packed. Hansen brothers had everything crated in the most professional way possible. For this first leg of my moving journey Brad Schuster, my sales rep, was the one who reassured me and held my hand.

Next it all went into storage. Now Francine Carvalho was to be my contact. Rates were reasonable and I was reassured that although a different Allied mover would eventually do the move interstate, Hansen brothers would oversee everything. And they did.

Within a month I found a place in California. Francine (and also Adam Trueax, the general manager) reached out to me and personally reassured me that nothing would happen without their overseeing the move. I scheduled an exact delivery window and my husband was to fly down to meet the movers. What could go wrong? Well nothing did! The movers arrived before my husband and rescheduled to deliver when he was there. Plus the crew that came out were cheerful, competent, and saw the project through. Nothing broken, everything done perfectly.

Wow...totally recommend Hansen brothers moving and STORAGE because in state, storing and out of state moving...they have you covered.

From start to finish, our move & storage process with Hansen Bros has been amazing. Our sales person, David, came out to our house to put together a detailed moving and storage estimate (which no other company did!) and was transparent, friendly and provided helpful tips throughout the process. Once the move was scheduled, the operations manager, Ron, kept me up to date on all the logistics which was critical with all the moving pieces. On the day of the move, the crew (Josh, Sam, Alfredo and Victor) were courteous, professional, hard-working and communicative. Our items are in their storage facility for the next 6-12 months, and we look forward to (and feel confident in) having Hansen Bros. move our items back into our remodeled home.

All service staff at every step of the way were exceptional! John M. to Nicole B. to Francine C. Movers: Haul out- Jonathan T. ,German C. and Lance D./ Move in: Clarence, John, Dom and Clarence Jr.. These people were professional, down to earth, calm, supportive, reassuring and great overall bright energy. I was well informed of my service timeline from start to finish. They all made my very stressful move completely void of chaos. All of the movers showed such great respect and appreciation for my things and my homes' spaces. The set up of boxes upon delivery was outstanding! Clarence and his crew made it unbelievably easy for me to access my many boxes that I instructed to have majority placed in my small garage on shelves and floor. Each and every one took such incredible great care and attention to reassembly of furniture. I chose to not have one particular item reassembled due to lack of space and I was a bit worried about how I would remember to reassemble myself months down the road. Clarence texted me pictures of assembly so I would remember! I am so grateful for such positivity and professional efficiency from Hansen Bros. since my 1st inquiry call, to job finish and follow up from Francine. The cost was well worth the exceptional service from all 10 people involved with my service! (Also, the weekly moving tip emails from Hansen's were very helpful).

Hansen Bros. Handled a recent move for us. We were thrilled with the experience. They arrived on time and worked efficiently taking great care with each piece of furniture. Not one scratch after everything was delivered to our new home. All this and at a very reasonable price. They will always be our movers.

This is our second move with Hansen Bros and we will always use this company. Jonathan, Tony and German were terrific- personable and professional. The whole experience was great and we highly recommend Hansen Bros. and the team. In addition, we stored items with Hansen for 3 years and that was convenient, and affordable. Special kudos to Nicole - she is a great communicator and very responsive. The supervisor/driver on our move was great- very courteous and considerate. Thank you for the nice people, quality work and great service.

Where to begin!! Alfredo, Jorge and Jamie were AMAZING!!! They were professional and courteous and they never stopped working!! They are so strong I still marvel at the ease they handled everything. At the original site they wrapped everything and treated my belongings like precious cargo. I knew nothing would be broken or damaged and after unpacking all the boxes I was right everything is absolutely perfect!! I cannot say enough good things about this crew!! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs anything moved. I cant leave out Paula who was a joy to work with! We had a huge change of plans with our move and she handled it beautifully!! Josh R, Sam O, and Valentino G were unbelievable! They were very good at what they do and after watching them work I knew my moving day was going to go great. They did not mess around and were very professional throughout the day. I cannot express how anxious I was about my move, but had I known that these three were going to be there I would have had ZERO anxiety. They were fast, efficient, and most important they were nice. I cannot give a higher recommendation for these three as they exceeded all my expectations. Thanks again for making this a much less anxious endeavor for me, I will definitely recommend your company to my friends and family!

This was my 3rd move with Hansen Bros. The first was in 1999, the second one was in 2012. While the other moves were excellent, I think that the three men who came yesterday were the best. They exceeded my expectations. They were at all times extremely courteous, helpful, careful and extremely competent. Their names were Isaac, Antonio, and Valentino. This is the third time we used Hansen Bros. for moving and certainly the most complicated by far. The packing, loading and delivery crew were all absolutely wonderful. Very well spoken, excellent manners, always a please and thank you. They were always willing to accommodate a special handling request and never said no to any of our needs. Overall a great experience. We would never pick anyone else to handle our moves!!

Heard about Hansen Bros. from Reddit. Was amazed by how quickly and professionally things were handled. Movers showed up right in time for both the packing and unloading, and went above and beyond by delivering our items despite the snowy weather. Movers were exceptionally helpful with finding items unmarked on our inventory list and making sure we had everything delivered before leaving. Movers were friendly, funny, and everyone was very informative. Were very pleased with how communicative the company was in general. Will definitely be recommending Hansen Bros. to anyone in the future.

Having had a very poor experience with another moving company last year, my wife and I were anxious to hire another one so soon, but with a move planned to Scotland, we had to find a company to help. From start to finish, all representatives of Hansen Bros. were very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They listened to our concerns about the move and addressed everything efficiently and the whole move went exactly as planned, and the costs were all in line with what we were told to expect. The crew doing the heavy lifting, literally, were great; polite, respectful and very communicative, and we would certainly recommend the company to anyone in and around the Seattle and Puget Sound, for local and even international moves. 100% satisfied.

When life events necessitated a quick move, Pete worked with us to get it estimated and scheduled expeditiously. Carl called the day before the move to insure everything was ready. The team of David, Alfredo, and Sam were a dream to work with. They packed and loaded our furniture with care and attention to details. Ive driven past and noticed the Hansen facility on Aurora for many years. When it came time to move, I immediately thought of Hansens and am very glad I did. The staff have all been excellent! I would highly recommend Hansens to anyone considering a move.

My experience with Hansen Bros was exceptional from start to finish. Will scheduled my appointment. He was polite, responsive and professional. He made booking the move easy. Caesar and Ronald handled my furniture with great care. They were also very polite and professional. As an active-duty military member, moving is a reoccurring event in my life. This was by far the best and least stressful move Ive ever had. Big thanks to everyone at Hansen Bros, especially Will, Caesar and Ronald.
