2nd time using Hansen. Fast, reliable, friendly and reasonably priced. Took care of the problem and didn't try to upsell anything additional. Also took extra trip to get part and install so I didn't have to. We will keep calling them for future needs.

Mark and Chad recently installed a tankless water heater and ran a new gas line in my home, and their work was exceptional. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and answered all my questions. The installation was seamless, with great attention to detail and safety. They even cleaned up the work area afterward. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were outstanding. I'm looking forward to working with them on a few other projects in the near future. I highly recommend them for any plumbing or gas line services. Five stars!

I had a Frankenstein looking plumbing setup for my backyard hose. It was a dumpster fire and wasn't a good situation. In addition- when I had my pool auto-fill installed a few years ago- it was plumbed into a hot water line by some random company. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mark from Hansen Family Plumbing. What a great guy. He saw the problem and offered a great solution at a very fair price.

In addition- Mark went out of his way to help secure some pipes to my wall- when that wasn't part of his problem today. He just saw it wasn't done (and I was clueless) and took care of it. I'm so excited to have an amazing plumbing referral in the event something goes bad. Run- do not walk, to get Hansen Family to your spot. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none.

In the fall I'm looking forward to Mark installing a new tankless water system. My water heater. Ow is running on thoughts and prayers- so soon it's time. I really appreciate having top notch professionals like Mark do such amazing work. It's not common today- and when you find it- you have to appreciate it. Thanks again Mark- you're the best!

Air conditioning suddenly stopped working and we thought unit would have to be replaced with visions of spending small fortune. DJ from Hansen came in, found the issues and dealt with them in a professional manner, and our air conditioning is now working better than ever. We have used Hansen for a number of other things in the past and they haven't disappointed.

Great experience with Hansen Family Plumbing. They let me know when the guy was coming, with a picture and history of him so I would know he was the right one. He was very thorough with me septic blockage, and ran a camera down it after the first blockage was cleared. The camera discovered a second blockage, which he used the snake for and made sure all was good. Great job!

We have used Hansen on two occasions now and find them to be extremely direct, honest, timely, efficient, and professional. My husband and I discussed we will never go with any other plumbing company other than Hansen going forward. Highly recommend them on all levels for any type of job.

Hansen Family Plumbing & Air, through their honesty and integrity, just saved me $6000 in a necessary repairs. Another plumbing company came out and had told me that my water heater was completely shot and needed to be changed ASAP. He also convinced me to switch to a tankless system. The quote I was given was $6100, and this other technician told me that my tank could go any day now.

The next day I called Hansen Family Plumbing & Air for a second opinion. The Hansen technician, Mark, came in And diagnosed the problem. He charged me $350 for a simple fix on the system that now should last another 3 to 4 years. He could've easily made something up and charged me more. Instead, he was completely honest, and now has earned my business for life. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs

1/31/24 UPDATED REVIEW -- Almost 2 years later from my last review and I needed plumbing assistance with my guest room toilet this time. Robert came out again from Hansen Family Plumbing and again I am totally pleased with service, pricing and speed in getting a brand new toilet. My bathroom counter configuration was difficult and Robert was skillful and efficient in finding, ordering and installing the toilet under the counter -- all with a friendly smile!

I will definitely call Hansen again if & when I need plumbing help again! Robert was friendly, informative, trustworthy and efficient. Garbage disposal fixed and working beautifully-- also appreciated tips on how to clean and keep it working! Highly recommend both Robert and this company!

First off let me say I was so apprehensive about calling a plumber being that we had just had a nightmare experience with another company. I called Hansen plumbing and they were immediately responsive and scheduled me right away. The unique touches of adding a brief bio on the plumber they were sending over, was really nice. Jerry is a wonderful person that was so intuitive and really listened to us.

He is a true professional in every aspect of the word. He is honest, knowledgeable, and respectful from start to finish. As business owners ourselves we know how huge of an asset team members like this are. The world needs more Jerry's! This company has got it right and we will continue to use them for years to come (old house problems) we are so relieved to have found them. If you are looking for a company with integrity that genuinely cares this is it!

Hansen family Plumbing did an amazing job. They were on time, kept us updated and did a wonderful job. Husband and I were extremely impressed They also were very thorns with Arizona summer looming, am not worried about the air conditioner. Recommend them wholeheartedly.

5/5 without a doubt! They had their tech Jerry to my house in an hour. Jerry was super knowledgeable and took the time to do additional research for our specialized toilet issues. Really appreciate his effort to get the work done as quickly as possible for us while yet still taking the time to make sure it would be done right for us. Definitely would recommend services and use again!

If we were good friends and you asked me who to call for AC repairs, I'd say Hansen. Since we haven't met, I'm letting you know Hansen is the AC company to call. Highly recommend. Both my AC units had problems within two months of each other and Hansen was there the next day, on time, and had both up and running. One even went out the night before my daughters wedding with her and seven ladies showing up at 7:30 am the next morning. Tech was there at 7am and fixed by the time all arrived! Both times the Tech was professional, friendly, and educated me on what the problems were and what need fixing. So again, highly recommend.

Our plumber, Mark, came on Saturday to fix an interior leak in a copper water line. He was punctual, pleasant and professional. Knocked the repair out quickly and cleaned up both his mess and the one I made cutting out the drywall earlier! Pricing seems fair without a Saturday surcharge. Communication from the company was spot on! I will definitely use Hansen Plumbing in the future!

I'm very pleased with the work of Hansen Family Plumbing and Air. Hansen quickly responded to my inquiry regarding a pinhole leak in a pipe located in front of my house and scheduled a next day appointment. Robert was sent for our service call and quickly identified the root of the issue. Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and quoted us at a very reasonable price. Robert completed the work in only a few hours and gave me a thorough walkthrough of what work was done. I didn't have a dedicated plumbing company prior to Robert's visit but happy to say that Hansen will be my go-to for my plumbing needs in the future.

We've used Hansen Family Plumbing three times over the last 3-to-4 years. Once for a major job and twice for minor repairs. We can't recommend them enough. Our technician, Jerry H, was very professional and thorough. We had a leak under our kitchen sink and one outside near our faucet which he was able to pinpoint the source of the leaks. Sunday afternoon, found a water leak behind the wall of the shower. Found Hansen Family Plumbing on line. They had great reviews. Left a message at 6:30 am Monday. Lilly call me back at 7:30 am. She was so nice and very professional. She was able to schedule us for later the same day. Robert came out he was also friendly, very professional, answered all of our questions, fixed the leak and made sure we had resources for the restoration. Such a relief. Would use Hansen's again and highly recommend them to anyone.

We needed our clean outs plugged as they were missing caps and bugs were getting in as well as our AC run off pipe extended into the rocks. Receptionist was friendly and I was able to get a quick appointment. Anthony, our technician, arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He educated us on how to properly maintain our drains and answered our water softener questions regarding a future install. Service was timely and the price was great. Very pleased with the service from Erik and his team! Would definitely recommend to others for all their plumbing needs!
