Currently we currently have several new facilities in the planning stages and are actively searching for acquisition opportunities in the mid-atlantic and SE regions. Since November of 1999 we currently have operated under the trademark Happy Boxes Self Storage and today we're wholly managed by Suburban Asset management (SAM) SAM is located in Norfolk, VA and is engaged in real estate investment and capital placement across multiple asset classes.
