Cheerful Boxes is an owner and developer of quality self storage facilities. We currently own three facilities in the mid-atlantic region and always have an eye towards the future. Currently we currently have several new facilities in the planning stages and are actively searching for acquisition opportunities in the mid-atlantic and SE regions. Since November of 1999 we currently have operated under the trademark Happy Boxes Self Storage and today we're wholly managed by Suburban Asset management (SAM) SAM is located in Norfolk, VA and is engaged in real estate investment and capital placement across multiple asset classes.

He currently serves on the board of trustees for Norfolk Academy, the Perry Family Foundation, and the Windward Foundation. Tim provides strategic leadership for Suburban Capital's investment platform and growth initiatives. Additionally, he has direct oversight of portfolio operations, finance, and development. He is a member of the company's Senior Management team.
