All of our H-D parts are ordered directly from Harley-Davidson, unless aftermarket parts are on the bike (in which case we will acquire the parts from the corresponding manufacturer). Depending on the make, color, and year of your motorcycle, it may take up to 10 weeks for painted parts to be delivered from the factory. It can take up to 48 hours for the estimate to be performed on your motorcycle. Once the estimate is complete, it is typically faxed to your insurance company (unless directed otherwise by the insurance adjuster).
