Bad experience with Harrison's

We are fifteen years late, but it has to be said. In October of 2011 we had Harrison's move our household form Newport News, Virginia to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The company sent only the driver with the truck. The helpers contracted to bring in our items did not take care of our belongings. The covers for our dining room chairs were taken off, and the hired help juggled three chairs at a time into the house. We bought an extra insurance form Harrison's, which they did not honor, when we made a claim for damage to a piece of glass to protect a table top. The grand finale was, we received a call in the middle of the hired help bringing in our items, demanding that we pay cash for the services, or else all our belongings go back to Virginia. Thanks to the Bay Port Credit Union who helped deliver the cash to Harrison's. Harrison's did not come through for us as they advertised on television! Sad.
