Hauer Music Company was established in 1937 with the aim of delivering the best quality music experience to the people of Southwest Ohio. Michael Hauer, founder, began selling musical instruments from a tiny studio with a single showcase in the basement of a downtown Dayton building. Now, under the leadership of his son, Jerry, Hauer Music has expanded to one of the biggest music stores in the US.
