We provide a spacious facility for all your training requirements, whether it be working on the heavy bag, or learning groundwork. This supplies opportunity for a huge group to break up into smaller groups for personal classes. A progressive method of learning is the basis of our instruction. Similar to the belt systems of many martial arts, the rank of our students are distinguished by the color of handsome t-shirts.
