Healthsouth Rehabilitation Center

Opened in 1994, HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Charleston is a 46-bed post-acute care hospital specializing in physical rehabilitation of patients who have suffered a traumatic injury or illness such as Stroke and Spasticity, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Amputation, Hip Fractures, Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, or Rheumatoid Arthritis. At HealthSouth of Charleston our mission is to assist rehabilitate people to their highest standards of recovery in the shortest amount of time possible. HealthSouth provides both inpatient rehabilitation for those who are not ready to return to the community.
