Marshall was professional, extremely communicative, and the results were absolutely amazing. 22-year-old Berber carpeting that was brought back to life. The initial scheduling online was super easy, I got updated texts with confirmations and when he was running a few minutes behind, I got a text to let me know exactly when he would arrive. We would absolutely use this company again!

Excellent communication from Healthy Carpets regarding arrival time and how to prepare for the carpet cleaning. Not knowing what was imbedded in the carpet from previous owners of the condo I was concerned that cleaning the carpet would not remove the traffic stains. After cleaning the carpeting looks like almost new; not bad considering the carpet is probably from when the condo was built in the'70s. Thank you Marshall for an awesome job. I'll be referring your business to others!

I had Marshall/Healthy Carpets clean my carpet and dryer vent and could not be happier with the service. Marshall was timely, professional and friendly - he explained the work he would perform and some things to expect afterwards, all very helpful. Marshall did a really good job cleaning our rug and white sofa. He also inspected our air ducts, and gave us good advice on what else we might want cleaned. This is our second time having him out, and definitely will again.

I was really impressed with Marshall and Healthy Carpets. Not only is he extremely responsive and communicative but he is also knowledgeable and thorough. My carpets were in serious need of a cleaning (had not been cleaned since they were installed by the previous owner 10 years ago). Marshall let me know how to prepare for the cleaning and what to expect afterwards.
The carpets look great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as he knows his stuff and he is a dedicated business owner who made the time to clean my carpets instead of just outsourcing the work to someone else. He will be go to from now on. Thanks Marshall!

We had our sectional and king mattress cleaned today by Healthy Carpets. Everything looks great and smells so fresh! We were initially scheduled to have Healthy Carpets come on 8/26. However, there was a scheduling conflict, on their end. Marshall handled this professionally and offered 50% off our total bill and came on a holiday weekend. Excellent customer service and quality cleaning with this company! I will definitely utilize them in the future.

This is the second time we have used Healthy Carpets. Once last year to clean all the rooms before moving in and again this year to clean our living room and hallway. Both experiences were exceptional. Marshall is very responsive and we were able to schedule a cleaning with only two days notice. He was timely (actually early and called in advance) worked quickly and the results were fantastic. Helped with the furniture after the room was clean and put pads underneath everything so it could completely dry and our lives weren't entirely disrupted with a couch in our kitchen. And a great personality on top of it all! Would highly recommend and will plan on using him all the time going forward! Thanks, Marshall!

Pretty well. The carpets are old and stained, but they came out looking great. I'm disappointed that a few stains have resurfaced, but the areas looked good at the time. Marshall did a great job. It was a little more expensive than I expected.

Service was professional and they arrived right on time. The Owner, Marshall, gave us advice on how to make sure the carpet dried after cleaning since the attic room they cleaned does not have heat vents. They were careful when entering the house with their equipment (hoses from the van).
