The firm was established in 1992 by Keith Kirkland as a sole proprietor. The firm later incorporated as Kingsley Kirkland. The founder and president is Keith Kirkland. He has a college degree in Engineering and a master's degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University. The firm is a Virginia State Licensed Class B Builder. We're one of the few Virginia State Licensed firms. We've been in business for over fifteen years. The speed and quality of our work keeps people coming back. Our work force works on an average about twice as fast as others.
