Heritage Pools

I highly recommend Heritage Pools! We are absolutely thrilled with our fiberglass plunge pool! Throughout the entire process, everyone was extremely knowledgeable. Papi and his construction team, along with the concrete team, and Mackenzie, our construction liaison, kept in constant contact with me. Working with this company was a breeze, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

I selected Heritage Pools LLC when choosing a pool company to build and install an inground pool/spa for a few reasons:
1. Most companies in the area will only install concrete pools. I did not want to go with concrete due to cost both initial and lifetime maintenance. Heritage is very flexible and has options for vinyl, fiberglass (the option we chose), or concrete.
2. We have a narrow space between our house and the neighbor; I had multiple companies tell me no right away because they wanted or needed more space for their equipment. Heritage, again, was flexible and had smaller equipment that is able to manage narrower spaces.
3. Responsiveness was amazing. I had so many companies ghost me, take months to respond to initial design consultations, or refuse to even do a design consultation unless I was willing to contract with said company.

Overall we are very pleased with our pool. We had a small hiccup with a situation that Heritage had never encountered before. This took very long to resolve but ultimately was resolved to both our satisfaction and the town inspector's satisfaction.
We get so many compliments about our pool and every time we have some other vendor do anything with our house they end up asking us who did our pool because they want one just like ours.
The best part of the process was having a dedicated construction liaison. Mackenzie is awesome, she will answer any question no matter how stupid or silly (and trust me I sent her what was probably some very stupid questions), answer it very quickly, and I felt like she always was advocating for me if I needed something done.

I am very excited to use the pool this summer and for many years to come!

In my line of business I deal with other companies and contractors on a daily basis. Trust me when I say, good people who take pride in their trade and workmanship are hard to come by these days. When deciding to invest in a pool for our home we met with several (4) other builders. Every time we came home, we never had a great feeling about the meeting. During my search I called Heritage Pools, I spoke with Ashley. I started the conversation with "we really aren't interested in a liner pool". She was polite and told me to come down and talk with Michael to see what they could offer. One week later we were signing a contract with Heritage! Their customer service and craftsmanship is by far some of the best I've ever seen. They were always patient and honest with us while making decisions throughout the process.
