It is Metro Hi Speed's intent to supply our clients with fast, high-performance, secure, cost-effective Internet solutions. In order to accomplish this, we currently have adopted this Terms of Service (the TOS or Policy) This Policy outlines acceptable use and rights of the Metro Hi Speed Internet service and related applications (the Service) as well as permissible and prohibited conduct for using the Service to access the Internet (including email fax) All capitalized terms used in this TOS that are not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Subscriber Agreement.
