S. degree in Building Technology from Auburn University, and has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, primarily focused in the development, leasing and brokerage of retail properties and in the site selection for specific clients. Prior to forming Highland Realty Services, he was a partner in a local construction and development company and has served as Director of Retail Leasing for a Birmingham-based retail and office development company. Greg's extensive experience in various real estate projects provides a fundamental knowledge in the key areas of project development including acquisition, pro forma analysis, construction, leasing, management and disposition.
