We recently contacted Pearson Wallace to get quotes for our Auto, Homeowners, and a personal liability umbrella policies. From the initial contact which happened very quickly (filled out a contact me request) to providing them with the information needed to get quotes for these coverages the process was smooth and moved along quickly with great communication throughout. Oh and at the end we saved money, increased coverages, and moved to an A rated insurance company noted for strong financials & great customer service.

We purchased auto insurance for our sons car through Pearson Wallace. They were efficient, polite and helpful throughout the process. Robert was a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, a fender bender happened recently and they have also been great in helping with this claim. I would recommend this agency to anyone and have already referred several friends.

Highly recommend Pearson Wallace Insurance. I have my rental property's, my rental policy, and auto policy with them and have never had any issue or question that was not answered. The team at PWI helped make my change to a new angecy seamless and easy. Between answering all the questions I had while getting a new car, to helping with billing, they were always accessible and ready to help. I was able to add a jewelry schedule to my insurance policy (which I didnt know I needed until I spoke with Alex). Making the change to Pearson and Wallace saved me money by bundling my home/auto insurance. I would definitely recommend to all friends and family!

I was on the market for Homeowners insurance, and have called multiple companies and agencies. After 4 days of constant follow up with all the companies including the current company that I have my insurance with, I gave up.
