The Hill Center Academic Program, a K-12 school approved by NCDPI and accredited by SACS and SAIS. We're a nationally-recognized model program for students with learning differences and attention deficit disorders. With the Orton-Gillingham approach as its foundation, and precision teaching as the format for charting and graphing student progress, the Hill Methodology is a complete system of individualized multisensory instruction. At The Hill Center, K-12 students receive instruction in reading, written language, math and foreign language in half-day classes with a 4:1 student/teacher ratio.

read moreIn addition to specialized workshops by Hill faculty and trainers, Hill hosts national and regional experts to deliver practical, research-based trainings for general educators, special educators, tutors, and interventionists. On average, more than 95% of participating teachers rate Hill trainings as practical, materials as useful, and trainers as knowledgeable and engaging. Hill Learning Center offers eight self-paced online courses in Hill methods and other research-based practices. Each course costs $100-150 and once you've registered, you can immediately begin learning and earning your CEUs.
