Dr. Hirano has been an active member of the Torrance Kiwanis for many years. The Torrance Kiwanis is a service group that support the youth of Torrance. It supplies scholarships to outstanding high school graduates from all 5 Torrance high schools. They are working to aid the young people of our city to become great citizens. He volunteers as a doctor for Angels for Sight in Compton, California. This organization assists the under-priviledged receive vitally needed care. The people that are served there have no other alternative for quality eyecare.
