Holder Real Estate

Alcie Holder established Holder Real Estate in 1953. Alcie was a true pioneer for women in business in that era. Her son Joe joined Alcie in the late sixities and, together they grew Holder into one of the biggest Real Estate firms in the El Paso area. In 1983, Jane Kirshenbaum, Alcie's daughter, assumed the duties of Broker. In March of 2005, Wendell Holder, Joe's son and Alcie's grandson, joined the company and is now running the day-to-day operations as Director of Operations with Ralph Pena as Broker since November 2007.
