Holy Cow Foods is a family-owned organic food enterprise situated in Eugene, Oregon. It was established in 1990 by Anton Ferreira and Katherine Lavine when we settled in the Northwest after traveling extensively. We provide outrageously delicious vegetarian and vegan cuisine from around the world. Our mission is to support organic farmers and to aid people to make food choices that are healthier for them and for the planet. We operate the Holy Cow Caf on the campus of the University of Oregon, and we make a line of products, which can be found in natural food stores throughout the state.
