The preparation and cooking is done in your kitchen. I do all the shopping for you and clean up after cooking. A regular size kitchen works very well. I always bring my favorite pans, equipment, spices and other pantry items. Family meals that are available to heat and eat. The meals are packaged and labelled with heating instructions, then stored in the fridge and freezer. Most people prefer a monthly service, but I am very flexible and have customers who like me to come twice a month, every two or three months, or even just call when they need meals.
