We chose Home Platinum Services over 2 other bids primarily because Nima clearly has control and accountability over his team. He was up front and very professional in every aspect of our home project. We wanted to convert an unused dining room into our new home office, and wow what a remarkable difference. The main reason I am providing HPS with a 5 star review is the amount of communication from Nima and his team.

There were no "missed calls not returned" or anything like that. Nima was always available for questions / changes and anything else. There was zero worry about them not showing up, taking money and running, etc. Nima ensured total satisfaction prior to "completing the job". I cannot speak to bathroom or kitchen projects, but check out our photos for how well they upgraded our home following what we were looking for.

They are not "cheap" but their pricing is in line with other vendors for similar projects. It is a you get what you pay for story. If you are hesitant about bringing a contractor into your home, do consider this company.

A few months ago, my wife and I decided that we were finally ready to remodel our kitchen. We did a Google search to find a remodeling company and chose Home Platinum Services because of its stellar reviews. Now that Nima and his team have completed the job, we are happily writing our own stellar review. Our new kitchen looks even more beautiful than we had imagined it would!

We are happy not only with the final product, but also with the process. Nima was a pleasure to work with. He was always extremely professional, unflappable, and accommodating. We had originally scheduled the remodel for June, but then in early May we asked Nima if he could move everything forwards by a couple of weeks. He was able to make that happen.

While his team was doing the remodel, we kept making small changes to the original plan, and Nima never showed any signs of impatience. We are planning to do some more remodeling soon, and we will definitely be asking Nima and crew to do the work for us.

I am very particular and in the details so when I say Nima and his team do great work, I mean everything, down to the smallest details are done to perfection.

If there was ever something that we wanted changed, they addressed it right away. We also found Nima's design advice to be very helpful. In our project, Nima built us a new full bathroom from what was a pocket office and closet, built a new iron railing, custom iron office door, finished three unfinished closets, painted our kitchen island as well as many walls and baseboards. Overall, we had a great experience and love the work.

First, for the remodeling a guess bathroom and we were so pleased with their job, that decided to give them a job we were only thinking on doing, replacing the cabinets and sinks of the master bathroom. Nima and his team did a great job on our Kitchen remodel. He has been in the industry for a long time and knows the best sub contractors to use. Nima stopped by on a regular basis and checked to make sure the subs did everything according to his height standards. Overall we were very pleased and I would highly recommend his company.

I recently used Home Platinum Services and Nima Niazi for a complete remodel of my master bathroom. It was a sizeable project but Nima and the crew from HPS were up for the task. Home Platinum Services just completed a major remodel of my master bathroom, master bedroom, powder room and laundry room. The results and experience were well above expectations. Nima, a degreed engineer, was outstanding from first providing a competitive quote, to developing a remodel design, to assisting in material selection, to managing the work progress, on a daily basis, until the project was completed.

Each of the work crew members were skilled craftsmen, who took great pride in the quality of their work and were very pleasant to work with. I would readily use this company again, and, in fact, have already requested another quote for my next project.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Home Platinum Services. We hired this company to do a partial kitchen remodel on our 1996 Plano home. They replaced all upper cabinets, installed granite counters, new back-splash, appliances, and installed a new ducted vent hood (our home had no ducted cooking vent prior to this). The project also included re-texture and re-paint of the walls and cabinets, and installing new electric and plumbing fixtures.

The process was wonderful from start to finish! Our kitchen is now beautiful and functional! We are extremely pleased! The owner (Nima) is very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. His crew is also great- they are skilled, prompt, and courteous at all times. Nima kept us informed and involved during every step of the remodel. From giving us a quick and professional estimate, to helping us choose our finishes.to the final walk-through and touch-up phase.we've been nothing but satisfied. Nima and his team replaced the floors in 3 rooms (living, kitchen, and dining room) and re-modeled our kitchen top to bottom with new cabinet faces, granite countertops, paint and a hand built permanent hutch. We chose Nima based off of the reviews we read and can affirm that he takes great pride in his work. I hired Home Platinum Services to renovate my 15-year old house. I contracted this company to: Refinish existing wood floors, Refinish textured walls, Install Travertine, Install Wood Floors, Paint entire interior, and Paint Kitchen Cabinets. Throughout the entire process, Nima has been extremely professional. He spent time to explain the various options when presenting the estimate.

In addition to delivering on the assigned tasks, he also provided invaluable insight to the design details. He was an "all-in-one" contractor - which made my life much easier. Home Platinum Services remodeled our master bathroom. The level of professionalism, quality, punctuality, attention to detail and overall experience was excellent. When taking on a project like this there are many choices in products and design. Nima did a great job helping us throughout the decision process. We felt very comfortable working with him, David and Gus all though the remodel they were patient, understanding accountable and responsible.

We are remodeling the kitchen in our new home and, in the process, discovered some damage from a prior incident. I demolished the damaged areas, but needed urgent help to replace, patch, tape, bed and texture the room. Platinum arrived the next morning to estimate the work and costs then started work two days later with a promise to complete in two days.

The work was finished in two days! The men worked until 11PM to complete it, but they completed it on time. Workmanship is very high quality, but cleanup could be better. Overall though, I still give them five stars.

Nima was very helpful throughout the entire process of having our shower remodeled. He took care of everything (from design to cleanup) and was very thoughtful and thorough. Each team that he sent was able to talk with us which we really appreciated. The new shower is beautiful! We also had some work done repairing drywall. It looks great and I feel so much better that things are fixed again!

I just used Home Platinum for the second time. I remodeled another bathroom in my home. I was having a hard time finding a tile that I liked to use as a design strip in the shower, Nima went out of his way and found some glass tile that was perfect, literally. Additionally, he has the same trades on his staff as he did 2 years ago when we did the first bathroom. That says a lot to me about how he's running his business. I can't say enough good things about Home Platinum Services and I am extremely picky and a stickler for details.
