HNB first took my SS account after I had tried to file myself. Their first attempt was also denied. So we refilled. Their support included monthly updates (by me to them). Every call From me to their support staff was returned within a day.
Walking thru the SS nightmare of bureaucracy they either took care of or walked me thru the process.
