Hot Yoga is a dynamic and energetic form of exercise practiced in a huge heated room. It consists of a series of postures and two breathing exercises. These postures are created to aid align your body, strengthen your spine, and increase core strength. The sequences of the postures are important. Each new pose prepares you for the next. Students learn to place new demands upon themselves, working harder and earning determination with each succeeding class.
