The second was a bit drawn out, and I had to keep on top of things for them to get done within my time frame but everything was finished and finished well. This was a HUGE job including replacing a roof. Their workers did a great job and the end result was quality work. It was much more daunting dealing with a big projects and insurance but they got the job done. Richard is very knowledgeable and available to talk to if needed. Also, the girls that answer the phone are super sweet and helpful.

I called Housworth to get this resolved and literally within 48 hours, they came out and took care of it. The re-inspection or follow up inspection took place about a week later and apparently this inspector still was not happy with the results. I contacts Housworth and without hesitation they came out again the very next morning to satisfy everyone's needs. The quality of service is great. However, the customer service is unmatched. I think this group of guys is definitely a keeper and I plan to use them again in my future home!
