HQ4Baseball & Softball is committed to teaching the fundamentals of throwing, fielding, hitting, pitching, catching, base running and more. We provide the highest value in baseball and softball training, with a great team of former college and professional players, including the top high school coaches in the area. Private lessons are available by appointment, or players can join one of our training groups. We run the finest Summer Camp program in our market, and produce baseball Training DVDs and softball training DVDs to teach players and coaches the proper mechanics of pitching, hitting, fielding & more.

read more4 week program designed for beginners ages 4 to 7. Professional coaches teach young players how to throw, catch, and hit in a Fun and Safe environment. 1 hour sessions on Sundays at 1 pm. HQ4 is a training facility where we do lessons, group training and more. We rent batting cages when they are available. You need to reserve your cage time in advance by calling us at 704 423-0030. All of our cages have L-Screens and balls so you can throw to your child, teammate, etc. We also have 1 Iron Mike Pitching Machine for baseball and 1 for softball - either fastpitch or slowpitch (lob).
