HRC was amazing. Ive had multiple companies come out and look at our AC. Ive been given quotes ranging from hundreds to thousands without any of them being able to tell me confidently that it would fix our issue. Kalen came out and was able to diagnose and give me a very fair cost to repair with confidence in his work. The entire Interaction from the first call with Michelle to the repair with Kalen was so professional and top notch. I definitely found my go to HVAC company for both our commercial buildings (salons) as well as our home.

HRC installed a furnace for us a couple of months ago (at a very competitive price, by the way). It had a problem where it started to leak a substantial amount of water. Mike O'Brian came the same day that we called and fixed the problem. He was very courteous and professional. I initially gave HRC 4 stars because we had an installation-related issue, but I am going to change it to 5 because their service is great.

This team is prenominal. Had a local company in St. George tell me that an 8 year old Lennox system needed THOUSANDS of dollars of work. The technician was new and would check something then call his boss, check the next thing and call his boss. Three hours later the 8 year old system has a leak, needs new return ducting, a return plenum, a new contact, a new capacitor.
I talked to Paul on the phone and his first question was "What problem was the AC unit having before the technician arrived?"
This was an annual service contract and time for their filter change, equipment check, etc... There was no issues with the unit prior to Any Hour coming out.
While HRC does not service this area Paul was quick to call his connections, put me in touch with them, and I have a trusted inspection taking place this morning.
HRC is top notch in all aspects! I highly recommend them.

Had a scheduled maintenance on a furnace today and received great service from our technician Kaelen. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. The technician showed up, worked a few buttons on my thermostat and was done. Less than 10 minutes and I was charged the highest service call I was quoted but everyone was very nice and accommodating. Would recommend.

HRC has a good crew. We hired them to replace 30-year old commercial rooftop units and add a ductless mini-split to our retail unit. Gosh, they were responsive. They had it done when I needed it done. I felt like I was waiting on all my other contractors but I was never waiting on HRC. They honored their quotes and I felt they took responsibility for their work.
They came back afterwards to help me with something I thought was wrong with the system and they helped me figure it out and it wasn't even an issue with the system they installed. In other other words, they installed everything perfectly and went above and beyond even that.

Your tech Kaelen Loveless did a great job for my AC unit. High level overview he was prompt, I got a call and text he was going to be earlier then originally scheduled and he told me the problem (capacitor) and told me how much it was going to cost. I asked him about additional services He could offer, he explained them and I declined. He didnt have the part I needed in his truck but was back within the hour and finished the job. Seems straight forward but he went above and beyond and took the time to listen and address the concerns I had with an older unit. When its going to be 100 Degrees on August 24th in Woodland Hills the day you need your AC unit serviced you would hope it would be done soon. From first call to repair it was under 2 hours. FYI I asked my brother in law whos a local contractor who would give me a fair price with great service and he told me HRC. Feel free to give my number out as a reference. Doug Byers

Phew!! I am so happy and thankful that we found HRC! We were told we needed a whole new system by another company and were quoted $12K. We called HRC, they came quickly and got us up and running for $220 and said our system is fine shape. We have a new HVAC company now! HRC is going in the phone! Thanks HRC! We use them at our business now too and they're great for commercial as well!

HRC Climate Services is quick to respond, knows their stuff and kept checking on us even after everything was fixed.
