More literally, it describes the process of pulling something apart to understand it fully - akin to what we do as Architects - to understand our clients' project needs, to know how an existing building is built, and to imagine how an idea or solution might respond better to its surroundings and the lives of those we impact. Craig Hudson, the firm's founder, formed Hudson + Associates Architects late in 1999 after managing partnerships with a few other architects since 1979.
