read moreScott Humpal is the owner of Humpal Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Centers. He grew up in Butte, Nebraska. He participated in football, basketball, wrestling, track and baseball. He attended the University of Nebraska and then transferred to the University of Nebraska Medical Center where he graduated with a B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1988. After graduation, Scott moved to Corpus Christi to spend some time with his brother, Randy. His first job was at Riverside Hospital in Calallen, TX. The time spent at the hospital was personally gratifying, but it did not offer enough outpatient orthopedic care to satisfy his professional goals, so he decided to open his own practice.
