The GPBOA is Philadelphia's biggest independent organization of basketball officials. We serve several summer leagues and AAU tournaments during the spring and summer months. As well as The Philadelphia Charter School League and some private schools in the winter. THE GPBOA is intent on delivering qualified and trained basketball officials. We currently have one of the most extensive educational and training programs in the Greater Philadelphia area.
