In 1990 Irene completed her Business of Science Degree in Business Management and was hired by Blue Cross of California as a Sr. Programmer/Analyst for Blue Cross' new Executive Information System (EIS) This was the beginning of Decision Support and Data Warehousing. After successful staff implementation of Blue Cross' EIS (Executive Information System) Irene was hired by The Zenith Insurance Company. Responsible for setting up a new area to design and evolve an Oracle Data Warehouse.
