BJ did a fabulous job on our apartment and was very kind, working diligently to complete the project in one day. He is a true professional, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to paint their home interior. Josh's communication was great and he was responsive from start to finish. Improovy gave us the best quote of seven local painters that I communicated with. I'll be reaching out to Improovy for my next painting project (whenever that is)!

I wanted my garage doors and my front door changed from stain to paint. I also needed repairs to part of the trim around my garage doors. I contacted 3 painters, and Improovy gave me the best price, also included the repairs in the price, which made a big difference. As they were painting, I decided to get my second floor dormer repaired and painted. They gave me a price and finished it all within a few days. Very happy with the result.

Initially I spoke with Todd Sams regarding the work I needed done on the exterior of my house. He made me feel comfortable with the scope of work that would be done. He was very kind and reassuring of the quality of work I will receive and confident that I would be satisfied. These guys did an amazing paint job to my home trim and doors, they were extremely professional and incredibly kind.

I hired Improovy to paint the exterior of my home. I could not be happier with how things turned out. My home is all cedar and they took time to prep and caulk everything so that the lines between my trim and siding is perfect. I am extremely picky about my house and have to say that they did a fantastic job. I worked with Cole and Roland to get this set up and scheduled. My painter was Eric and he was so meticulous. I would recommend these guys to anybody who cares about quality.

Bought our first home in Naperville and needed to quickly paint before moving in. Found Improovy based on the outstanding reviews and was not disappointed! Cole and Roland were extremely helpful in lining up the details. Tony and his team of painters did an EXCEPTIONAL job! Even though I have OCD, could not find a single error in their work which was top to bottom impeccable! If you are looking for an extremely knowledgeable, quick-turnaround, reasonably priced, exceptional quality team, IMPROOVY and Tony are it. Highly recommend!

Just a great experience. It was strange to me to take pics and get a quote without meeting but things ran wonderfully. Nick did my quotes and then introduced me to the lead, Roland. Roland and Nick were both extremely responsive. Roland gave me contact data for the workers. They were on time, did superb work, Cleaned up at the end of each day and were personable and professional. Alan and Carlos were phenomenal. I will use Improovy in the future.

Improovy has a lot of moving parts to it, as it is a larger organization--which is great overall, though, it led to some lapses in communication. When that happened, though, they were always very apologetic and accepting of responsibility. With regard to our job in particular, we were getting the interior of our home painted. There was a snafu with scheduling, which would have greatly impacted our move-in timeframe (along with a slue of other contractors we had scheduled), and DeAndre (our crew leader) worked hard to make sure to fit us in according to our timeline. That said, they did a great job with the house and we are looking for them to come back in the near future to help out with ceilings and doors!

What a great laugh I had with the rep over the phone! I was looking for quote on getting a house painted that I'm in the process of purchasing. I can't remember his name (sorry) but one of his first questions was which state I live in. Unfortunately, they are Chicago based and I'm states away. I thought it was hilarious that their company came up still.

And I appreciated the call, plus the rep was still kind enough to help me with my color of choice. He let me know that Sherwin Williams came out with a "Barn Red" color and after looking it up, it seems perfect for my project! Great customer service, wish I could give them my business! :(

We used Improovy for an exterior painting project and they were a pleasure to work with. I appreciated that the quote, contract, and payment were handled via email, and customer service was attentive and friendly at every step of the process. The painters went above and beyond to confirm the details and even replaced some rotten trim that wasn't part of the original deal. I would definitely recommend giving them a call!

I'm new to Chicago and didn't know where to start when looking for a painting company to give a fresh look to the condo I purchased. I resorted to my go to place which is yelp. That's where I found Improovy and read wonderful reviews. Not only did the painter do any excellent job but the company had very competitive pricing and great customer service. Highly recommended. Vitaliy did a great job painting my place! It's an older building and has a few old cracks and spots and he was able to make it look good as new. Cole and Nick were super responsive and accommodating during the set up process. Would definitely use these guys again!

Very professional and did a great job. Everything was very easy from first contact to free touch ups after. High quality paint was used and it looks great.

I found Improovy through yelp and saw their good reviews, and saw that they used Benjamin Moore paints. The paint colors I'd chosen were Benjamin Moore brand, so I went with them. Chris was the main guy I talked to who coordinated the painting project, and it was smooth sailing from there. He told me a 1,250 sq ft job would take 3 days, but the men who painted my place finished in 2!

They also fixed some of the walls that were kind of janky and had holes in them. Overall, they did a fantastic job, and I'd definitely use Improovy again. I highly recommend using them!

Great! My project manager was on top of everything from the get go, all I had to do was be there when they showed up. Project was completed on time and at the cost originally quoted, which I feel like never happens, lol. They did a great job with prep and cleanup too. Barely could tell anybody had been there. Looking forward to working with again next time I have a project to do. Thank you!
