Infinity has completed general contracting projects using a variety of its hybrids including lump sum public bidding, prime bidding, invitation-only private bidding, negotiated lump sum and cost-plus.

This contract form is useful when constructing relatively simple building structures that are more focused on function than "high design." Pre-engineered buildings are often constructed under design/build contracts.
