Inland Cold Storage

Castle & Cooke Cold Storage is the latest venture by the 150-year-old real estate development and management corporation established in Hawaii, which is privately owned by David H. Murdock, who owns Dole Food Co. Castle & Cooke put Inland Cold Storage (ICS) and Madison Warehousing under the C&C umbrella in late 2008 to give it an immediate strong national presence from California through the Midwest to the East Coast. ICS was established in 1979 by William Bill Hendricksen with an initial development of a 47, 250-square foot cold storage building in Riverside, Calif.
