I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with M. S. In Community Mental Health from Trinity College of Vermont, a BA in Psychology and an A. A. S. In Human Services from the University of Alaska Anchorage. I'm a graduate of the Hypnosis Motivational Institute with certifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Handwriting Analysis. I specialize in helping Individuals, Families, Couples, and Groups find the strategies and the motivation to make life enhancing changes and to manage mental health challenges.
