Innovative Pest Management

Carl J. Doucette's pest control career began in late 1970's with Western Exterminator Company where he received several promotions that lead him to be the Los Angeles Operations Manager of Western Exterminator. Throughout Mr. Doucette's career he has participated in most of the main changes and improvements that the industry has gone through. In the 70's and early 80's he became a member of the Educational Committee of the Structural Pest Control Board which drafted and successfully ushered into law the current pre-licensing educational needs and later the mandatory continuing education needs.
