Justin from Install America was very professional and knowledgeable about the different window styles. The replacement windows were for a log cabin style house in Brookhaven, Morgantown, WV. Justins recommendations and suggestions on style were very helpful, and the product is excellent. Install day, Miguel and his crew worked diligently all day to install with no breaks. What a beautiful job they did on this facelift. I definitely went with the best company, Install America, and my expectations were high. No disappointments, no delays, no excuses everything was perfect from beginning to end. Very reasonable pricing.

These 5 stars are meant soley for Derrick Mayhue the Western Pennsylvania Project Manager!!!! Pretty much from the start of our whole house window install there were different issues and lots of mixed communication. DERRICK was there for us and explained everything. So then we get "their best team" to come to install our windows. We were told that our windows install would be 2 whole days from 7-7:30 till dark. "Their best team" never showed up till noonish and was gone by 3pm two days in a row. They came back for the 3rd time to finish up with a second crew coming along which was weeks later. DERRICK showed up to address my issues that I had called and complained about (lack of time on the job, leaving windows sit on our porch that could've been installed) DERRICK stated to the first crew that the home owner was told that this job would be completed and finished today and then said the isn't going to happen and then started getting an attitude. DERRICK then left after he thought the crews agreed and he felt we were in good hands. The 2 crews did get all the windows in and finished BUT it was finished so awful that I called back and complained and I was told it must've been a conflict of personality and again told this crew was their best crew! There were holes in my walls the drywall was never taped or muddled! The nail holes and trim were not sealed. The trim around the windows were not even lined up the window capping was so gapped and also had capping sticking out near our porch steps that someone could've gotten cut on. Again as I said I called and complained and sent pictures. So they sent DERRICK back out to look at what all was going on. DERRICK took notes and more pictures. He totally agreed with our frustration. In the end of this whole ordeal it was DERRICK that came through and spent a whole day(arriving at 7AM and stayed til dark) then he came back again the following day (arriving at 7AM and was able to fix all the issues by 1 PM). DERRICK DESERVES ALL...

Install America you are awesome! From initiall meeting to signing off was a drama-free process. The installers left my bathroom looking beautiful. They went above and beyond.

I highly recommend Install America, the windows and doors are made with high quality material. Everyone from the salesmen to the install crews were great, they were very professional and friendly. They did a great job and they took pride in their work when they were done. They showed me the work and it was perfect, another thing I like about Install America is the price. Very affordable compared to Anderson Renewal Windows, those guys have a screw loose in my opinion. So happy I used Install America to replace 3 of my windows and my front and back doors. Before I forget Amber the office girl who I spoke with a few times is another very friendly and professional employee they have. Over all they get 5 stars from me, you can't beat the price and quality of material they use. I love the doors in fact while they were installing the front door. Two different people walked by and commented on how nice it and the screen door looked. I'll be using them again in the spring, since they done such a great job. I want them to put in a bay window for me and the price I was quoted was almost half the price less than what Anderson had quoted me over 2 years ago.

I have a home built in the 1950s and until recently, still had the old wooden siding that was last painted 15 years ago, just prior to my moving in. The paint has been chipping and I knew it was time for siding. I was dreading getting quotes from pushy sales people. But Kyle from Install America was fantastic! He wasn't one of those typical pushy salesmen. He took the time to go over all the products, options, etc. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
Everything went just like Kyle said it would. Within a couple of weeks, I had the job scheduled.
Antonio and his crew did a fabulous job with the siding job on my house and garage. They also put a new roof in my garage which also looks amazing! They worked quickly, professionally and everything was done correctly. They took the time to make sure everything was perfect! The transformation of my home is absolutely incredible!

He was straight up, no high pressure. Didnt downgrade any other company. We did something that is not like us. We signed an agreement before he left.
Skyler and Scott came and put the windows in, in one day, this week. The Windows are Amazing and are beautiful. They did a Great Job ! Didnt leave ANY mess at all, took the old windows with them.
