At Integrative Bodywork each Massage Therapy session is tailored to the unique needs of the individual. The sessions have a Swedish Massage base but often include other massage techniques where appropriate. Essential oils (optional) are used to enhance the therapeutic benefits. In a warm, peaceful atmosphere one experiences the time and space for deep rejuvenation on different levels.

Some people need deep pressure to penetrate the armor of their bodies. Others need a feather light touch or a subtle energetic approach. We offer a wide range of techniques and approaches to address these different needs. We also offer classes. Sessions can involve just one of these modalities or include a combination, except for Rosen which is done alone. We offer Massage with or without Aroma Therapy (with high-quality therapeutic-grade essential oils).
