Intentional Living

The work I do is an expression of my calling where I find deep satisfaction and purpose. I love to see transformation take place in the lives of individuals and couples as they experience greater fulfillment and purpose in their lives. Coaching and counseling is an invitation for you to be all of who you are the authentic self. My goal is to work with the entire person, which recognizes spirituality as an essential element of what it means to be truly human. Understanding our need for grace, along with utilizing sound and effective psychological methods, is a powerful means to healing.
