Established in 1995 by Kathy Wittenbrink and named in honor of her family's Irish heritage, Cragan's continues to be a family business. Our grandmother, Marie Cragan, was always proud of her Irish lineage, and she made sure we were proud of it too! Our original Cragans-James and Brigit- hailed from the wee town of Croke in County Tipperary. Situated steps away from the campus of the University of Notre Dame and the Fighting Irish, Cragan's provide a wee bit of Ireland in South Bend.
