I am filing a formal complaint against Irish Iron regarding an incomplete and incorrect iron gate installation (Gate #83). Despite my explicit request for a symmetrical double gate, as confirmed in the contract, the product delivered was asymmetrical and did not match my specifications. Furthermore, the brochure promised progress tracking, but my attempts to follow up went unanswered until the BBB intervened. Subsequent communications were hostile and incoherent.

Per the contract, any requested changes must be performed by Irish Iron, and this error should be corrected at their expense. Attached are photos showing the discrepancy. I request a prompt resolution.

My reasoning for this model was it had two door which allowed accessibility for the need ramp for my 83 year old mother's wheel chair and to keep solicitor of my porch.

We had a very good experience with Irish Iron. We called ahead and got pricing. Someone came out and walked the job promptly. We scheduled for 3 weeks later. We had to reschedule and they were super understanding and worked with us to find a new date.

Installed fence in 2 days. Looks amazing, is exactly what we asked for, discussed and agreed to. No complaints at all. Super happy customer.

We had a driveway gate and walkway gate installed and designed by Irish Iron in January 2020. The kind of work they do is unique and no one else in the area that we contacted could make our vision become a reality. Our gates are a work of art and we plan to have a courtyard fence and gates built by them in the coming months. Definitely satisfied with the quality and design of their work and look forward to working with them again.

I tried Irish Iron out for a project to furnish and install approximately 200' of wrought iron pool fencing in my yard. Price was great! They were very efficient with the installation and very fair and flexible on changes. I have subsequently hired Irish Iron for 2 additional projects and had same experience. If I have another fence job in the future, i will be calling on them again. No hesitation to recommend these guys.

Excellent work although the waiting time for construction of the railing and its installation was longer than expected. All the work was done professionally.
