I just wanted to take a moment to thank IT Savvy, and Mr. Bo Yenchman in particular, for their tremendous help in setting up our new phone system. I have worked with Mr. Bo Yenchman for many years and, unfortunately, when the time came for a new system I was persuaded by my IT firm to use a different company that they knew since the new phone systems were very IT oriented and not the traditional type of phones.
All I can say is not using Bo was an unmitigated disaster for my company. I could not get the appropriate support, the new phone system couldn't perform even the simplest of functions that we needed (and that even our old system, which was installed by Bo, could handle easily) and the integration I was promised was nowhere to be found.
Within four weeks I called Bo and begged him to come to my rescue. He immediately jumped into, came out to our office and met us to see what we needed. He then set up a demonstration at his offices so that I could have a hands on demonstration and respond to the questions I needed answered.
The next week I had the new system ripped out and IT Savvy's put in and have been delighted with the results. I will never doubt him, or by extension IT Savvy, again and cannot recommend him and his company high enough.
