In 1992 we opened our second store in Bakersfield and are currently the only restaurant equipment supplier in the Bakersfield area. We are a family run business started by Jose and Esmalda Lorenzo. Currently the Fresno store is managed by their son-in-law, Anthony Rodriguez, and the Bakersfield store is managed by his brother, Alfredo Lorenzo.
