Route 3 North to the Braintree split - go straight onto Route 128/I-93 North toward Dedham. Take the next exit (Exit 6 - Route 37 Braintree/Holbrook) Keep left at the fork in the ramp and go left at the end of the ramp onto Granite Street, Braintree. Proceed about 1 mile to the 2nd set of lights; take that right. Go up the hill and across the stop sign intersection, and follow the road to the last building, which is #4. J.
