J&K is a life saver! My heat went in the middle of the night and J&K came to save the day. They got here in a timely manner, and got it done pretty quick. Justin and Zach completed our furnace/A/C replacement. I'm usually pretty handy and can fix things at my house but I just couldn't get my furnace fixed during our last cold spell. I called J&k and they sent out a tech to fix it. Justin arrived quickly and had my furnace back working in no time. I will definitely use them again if that's the kind of service I'll get every time. Bob and Kyle came out to fix my system and were great! Very professional and respectful. Bob communicated with me through every step. And at the end, the unit was working again-which is always a good sign.
