Jean Picard Wedding Consulting

Jean Picard has gained the Association of Bridal Consultants highest designation, Master Bridal Consultant. As California State Coordinator for the Association, she is editor of the state newsletter California Quarterly, organizes educational and networking meetings throughout the state, and works with the Association to improve professionalism in the wedding industry. Jean Picard Wedding Consulting was set up in 1994 to aid discerning couples create elegant weddings that express who they are.
