read moreFulfilling a demand. From the beginning, JES Foods has been dedicated to generating fresh processed food products that meet clients' demands. It all began with half-pound samples of fresh, diced vegetables for a company making soups and sauces. JES Foods tapped this opportunity. Today, JES Foods continues to focus its attention on customers' evolving food processing needs, and the importance of food safety. With the opening of the Celina facility in 1993, JES expanded its fresh produce to include cooking operations.

read moreOur team includes a HACCP certified staff working in alliance with federal inspectors, and an effective Food Safety Management System with a strict adherence to food safety and quality standards, including allergen and sanitation management processes. JES Foods maintains and staffs an on-site quality lab in our Celina manufacturing facility. This allows us to perform relevant tests, analysis as well as to provide real-time feedback throughout the manufacturing process. We perform our own qualitative, organoleptic, and quantitative analysis and utilize area certified laboratories to verify and validate our processes.
