Jewish Hospital Physical Therapy

We have an open position for a complete-time licensed Physical Therapist to service a home health contract working specifically with Pediatric patients throughout the Madison County, Kentucky area. Out Patient Clinic situated about 30 minutes S of Lexington off I-75. Full time position available for team physical therapist. Duties include Evaluation and treatment of out patients. This position provides the possibility to supply some coverage in home health as well. Must have superb communication & documentation skills.
