At the time the Firm was formed, the practice consisted mainly of individual and small business clients and primarily provided tax preparation and bookkeeping services within the La Jolla area. In 1994, the Firm relocated to the UTC area and began focusing on helping business clients provide higher level tax planning, assurance & review services, and business consulting.
