Working with Lendale, the lead supervisor at John Padilla Plumbing, was outstanding from start to finish. He was flexible, accommodating, and focused on cost-effective solutions for our family. Their estimate was competitive, and the work quality exceeded expectations.
Our projects included a riser rebuild, leak detector installation, and a home water filtration system. Lendale managed everything with professionalism, while Javier and Joseph handled installation flawlessly. He also helped us get a great deal on a new water heater and referred a reliable electrician.

We noticed water in the garage and called Padilla Plumbing. They came out same day, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired same day. Process was seamless through out and they kept us informed all the way. Techs were knowledgeable and pleasant. Would highly recommend them and will use them again when needed.

DJ was able to come to our aid quickly when we had a pipe burst in our backyard. He was quick about deducing the issue and efficient about going to the store and purchasing the parts he needed. He was also very professional and knowledgeable when fixing/replacing our pipe. Im very glad we decided on using this company. DJ also made the extra effort to get underneath our house to work in the crawl space so that he would not do any damage to our stucco for the repair. Thanks DJ!

I have worked together with this company at my previous job and everyone has always been helpful and friendly. I needed some plumbing work done at my own home a few months back. Victor, in the office who is patient and always in good spirits got me set up with an appointment. Brandon & Anthony came out to asses the situation. While they were diagnosing the system, we enjoyed their company and made us feel comfortable to have them in our home. The very next day Noel came out to fix the issue with the necessary parts and time frame needed. The issue was resolved professionally and efficiently. If you have a plumbing issue, this is the company to call!

It started with a clogged garbage disposal pipe, which required immediate care of a plumber. I googled and landed on 4.8 stars for John Padilla company. I called the office first thing in the morning and a nice lady scheduled an appointment for the same day. Jalen was friendly and professional. He got right into work. He fixed the issue and left everything clean and working. He pointed at a potential problem and suggested looking into the pipe using a camera. The next day Johnny came, using the camera on the tip of the snick, he showed and explained the issue - the sewer pipe was deformed during the years, the result an underground pool... This , he explained, if not treated, would back into the house. We decided to start right away.
On the next morning a crew of 3 workers started. They worked cleanly, explaining every step ,giving us a detailed explanation backed with pictures from the site. Three days and every is fixed. With 5 year warranty. We would like to thank each one of the workers for a professional ,hard and clean work. Excellent work, fair price, freindly workers and 5 star service. Highly recommended.

John Padilla plumbing is awesome. We had some plumbing issues with our drains caused by a prior contractor, but it was no problem for John Padilla's team to get everything back in order. Brandon did a great job quoting us for the work and explaining our options for what needed to be done. The very next day Anthony & Dereck came and solved all of our problems. These guys were all easy to work with and did excellent work. We will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Sam Balladares was affable, capable and thorough reviewing membership details before he looked at our tankless water heater and gave us an estimate for annual descaling. After we asked a few questions, he gave us our estimate and we accepted the cost as we expected it would be more than we have been paying yearly since 2022. He also performed whole house inspections including all three bathrooms along with water quality and pressure regulator testing. We were impressed with his courtesy and excellent manners.

Lendale was incredible, super helpful, assessed the leaks we had, and fixed them extremely fast. He was super friendly and very grateful for his work. He even went above and beyond and cleaned all around the toilet and bathroom to leave the space tidy. Will be calling them for all of our plumbing issues moving forward!

JP plumbing hasn't let me down! I've never had to wait an obscene amount of time for non-emergent services. Perhaps, it's what the need was at the time or my schedule...couldn't tell you because I've always been pleasantly surprised by their service I never remember if there was ever an inconvenience. The price hurts from time to time BUT I've yet to regret it and believe it's standard for San Diego. Also, I subscribe to their membership which is worth the cost not only because of the priority service but the peace of mind.

Jesus Perez is an amazing human! Personable, friendly, service with a smile. If I'm around the next time we need help, and he services our property, I'll have to bake him some cookies or something.

I mean this in the most professional way....he has the sweetest face and the kindest smile and I just wish I had some type of pastry or something to give him! We all know, women at least, (can't speak for men) there's the type of guy that you just want to bake for....? Just me?

Ive become accustomed to expecting less when looking to hire a professional to work on a problem at my home. I have little interest in trying to do a fix or repair, that I know is beyond me. But some of the professionals that Ive hired in the past make me consider trying to do it. Let me tell you from my first call to John Padilla Plumbing, I knew they were going to be different. They have put the Professionals in charge. What a delight. My call on a Sunday evening was answered by a person. Who essentially triaged my list of things I needed done, and we agreed that everything could wait. The wait was one day and a technician, Mr. Knox, called when I was told someone would call, and arrived when he said he would. He then proceeded to ask me what I wanted and why I wanted it. He made excellent suggestions as to hold off on some things, a downright no on others, and do other things that I had not planned on doing. Mr Knox listened and explained his reasoning. At no point did I feel pressure to go with the extra work. He gave me time to consider and ask lots of questions. After being told a price for all the work I asked ok so when could we arrange for it to start? Mr. Knox told me that two other technicians would be out in the next hour or so. But no more than two hours. The technicians arrived within 50 minutes and got right to work. They were here the entire day, leaving after 5 pm but left everything spotless. There is still one more project to be completed and they are coming back early in the morning. I have rarely felt this comfortable and trusting of someone working in my home. I cant sing their praises highly enough. What a remarkable organization.

Awesome service! Our technician, Lendale, arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem under the kitchen sink, which was leaking badly. He provided a reasonable quote for a new disposal and replaced it in the same visit. Lendale is a highly capable & professional plumber, and we appreciated his service today. There was excellent communication with the home office to set up the appointment both by email, text and a phone call the morning of the appointment. A+

We had a running toilet. Our plumber, Lendale, diagnosed the issue quickly and suggested a complete replacement since it would cost around the same as replacing all the internal parts. He came back the next day and even picked up the toilet for us from Home Depot. He completed the install in an hour despite some issues with the previous seal. He is also gave us honest advice on fixing our other toilets in our home. I will 100% call Padilla Plumbing again and ask for Lendale.

Michael Maduro and Noel Quintana went above and beyond for my elderly mom by replacing her old water heater.They were on time, great communication, thorough and did an outstanding job. I will definitely recommend this company and will be needing your services in the near future.
