Johnny's Irish Pub
Bar Club in Rochester, NY
Johnny's Irish Pub opened on November first 1997 as Rochester's first smoke-free bar. Many were skeptical about a bar where no one could smoke. Johnny's was very well received right from the beginning. People who came in liked it and came back and brought more people with them who, in turn, told others about the bar. In July 2003, all public places in New York State were required to be smoke-free. There has always been more to Johnny's than the absence of smoke. The bar has a comfortable feel about it.
